Foodservice Manager's Certification

This course is designed to meet the requirements of the Tulsa Food Code. Each food service establishment must have personnel who are certified in food safety. This certification ensures that food service supervisory personnel possess safe techniques knowledge for all areas of food service. We advise students to register at least one week before class. After successful completion of the exam, you will receive a certificate, wallet card, and a window decal from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. Notification of test results will also include a review of your performance in each category of the test.

  • The certification is nationally recognized by ANSI-CFP and is good for three years.

  • Tests are available in several languages including: English, Spanish, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Modern Chinese, and must be requested at the time of enrollment.

  •  A legal picture ID must be presented before the exam.

  • Payment is due upon registration.

  • Exam scores will be held until all fees have been paid.

*A study guide is included and may be obtained at TCC Northeast Campus, Suite 1102 between M-F, prior to class and after completing registration.

 

Refund Policy: Once you have received your study guide, you are not eligible for a refund. We may, however, reschedule you over to the next class. No refund for non-attendance.
